Notice of Annual General Meeting

As per the North Ryde RSL Men’s Bowling Club by-laws notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held in the RSL Club premises on

Saturday the 8^th of February 2020 at 11.00am

At that time all Committee Positions will be declared vacant. If you would like to stand for any of the positions listed below please complete the adjacent nomination form.

Honorary Treasurer

Bowls Secretary

Assistant Bowls Secretary

As per Rule 16.d(ii) of our By Laws, nominations will close 14 days prior to this date on;

Saturday the 25^th of January.

Per Rule 21.i of our By Laws, any member wishing to bring any special motions to the AGM need to lodge said motion in writing to the Honorary Secretary no less than 28 days prior to the AGM.
